These are the recommended cut-off dates for Christmas delivery, though arrival times may vary depending on customs for international customers.
- International customers (Royal Mail): from 1 December 2025
- International customers (UPS/DHL): from 15 December 2025
- UK customers: from 20 December 2025

Canada: Royal Mail has resumed all shipping services, but please expect significant delays due to the strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers.
Israel: Please expect significant delays due to events occurring in the area. Transit times may take up to 2 months.
Ukraine, Russia and Belarus: There is limited shipping service available to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. We will cancel the order and void the payment if no couriers are able to provide shipping services.

Each Robot is handcrafted by Cafelat Limited with a focus on quality, so it cannot be mass-produced. The lead time for each order is about two months. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
If the Robot package is sold out, more units will be available starting mid-December 2025.
