United States: The Royal Mail International Tracked Heavier shipping service for Robot packages to the United States is no longer available. For US orders containing Robot packages, we now only offer DHL shipping, with duties, VAT and handling charges payable by the recipient upon import.

Israel: Please expect significant delays due to events occurring in the area. Transit times may take up to 2 months.

Ukraine, Russia and Belarus: There is limited shipping service available to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. We will cancel the order and void the payment if no couriers are able to provide shipping services.

Below is the latest update on our stock delivery for out of stock items.

Each Robot is handcrafted by Cafelat Limited with a focus on quality, so it cannot be mass-produced. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We do not offer pre-orders or waiting list notifications.

Robot packages will be back in stock from 7 August 2026.
