United States: Please consider using UPS for small parcels (excluding Robot packages), as customs fees will be incurred.

There is no shipping service available to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. We will cancel and void the payment if the order is being shipped to these countries.

Below is the latest update on our stock delivery for out of stock items.

Each Robot is handcrafted by Cafelat Limited with a focus on quality, so it cannot be mass-produced. The lead time for each order is about two months. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Barista Orange, Red and Blue are sold out for the June production. The next batch will be ready by mid-July 2025
