Royal Mail: There was a slightly delay on all Royal Mail shipments.
United States: The Royal Mail International Tracked Heavier shipping service for Robot packages to the United States is no longer available. For US orders containing Robot packages, we now only offer DHL shipping, with duties, VAT and handling charges payable by the recipient upon import.
Israel: Please expect significant delays due to events occurring in the area. Transit times may take up to 2 months.
Ukraine, Russia and Belarus: There is limited shipping service available to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. We will cancel the order and void the payment if no couriers are able to provide shipping services.
Below is the latest update on our stock delivery for out of stock items
Each Robot is handcrafted by Cafelat Limited with a focus on quality, so it cannot be mass-produced. Cafelat UK has VERY limited stock each month, and Robots will only be made available for purchase when they are ready. Stock is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend that international customers check with their local authorised reseller. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
We do not offer pre-orders, waiting lists or individual stock notifications. We do not respond to individual enquiries regarding stock availability. Please check this page for all stock updates.
September 2026 Pre-Order Update
We sent the draft invoices on 10 September 2026, between 12pm and 3pm BST, except for some Barista Red orders. Robot packages with order number #9509 to #9542 will be dispatched on Monday 14 September 2026, remaining Robot packages will be dispatched on Thursday 17 September 2026.
We will send the draft invoices to the remaining Barista Red and waiting list pre-orders on 17 September 2026 between 8am-9am.
Robot packages: We still have a few Robots (around 10 packages) available. They will be available on our website from 18 September 2026.
Robot portafilter: There is no confirmed restock date for this item. It will be available again once it is back in stock.
