Delivery terms and conditions

Due to the high volume of orders, transit times may be longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly note that an additional business day is required for our courier to collect your order. We kindly request that you visit our News & Updates section for the most current delivery information.

All of our products are dispatched from London, United Kingdom, and shipped using Royal Mail/UPS/DPD/DHL services. All shipping options we offer include a Track and Trace service.

We process orders received before GMT/BST 9am on the same business day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Subsequently, the courier will collect your order on the next business day.

For orders received after GMT/BST 9am, shipment will be processed on the following business day.

Customer’s responsibility

All parcels will be dispatched to the address provided by you or automatically generated by the payment merchant you use, like Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We kindly request that you ensure the accuracy and currency of the supplied information. Any inaccuracies in the information provided to us shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery of your order shall be made between Monday to Friday, 8am - 9pm, some with Saturday delivery available. In the event that you are unable to receive the parcel, please include a note before checkout so we may arrange for drop-off at your nearest access point.

It is the consignee's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the specified delivery address during the estimated delivery window. If there are any issues or difficulties accessing the address, such as a locked entrance, please include a note before checkout.

If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, your order shall be cancelled, and a refund issued, with the exception of the original shipping charges. Additionally, a restocking fee of £15 shall apply to orders with free shipping. Should the parcel be returned to us, a charge shall be levied for its reshipment.

International Shipping

To prevent the loss of parcels, Cafelat UK does not allow any re-routing of UPS International shipments. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and email us if you require the parcel to be collected from an Access Point.

Import fees may be applicable on all international orders.

Cafelat UK Limited shall not be responsible for estimating and collecting any custom fees, taxes, or duties that may be levied. If these additional charges are incurred, they must be rendered for the package to clear customs. We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that you are solely responsible for any custom fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and duties that may be levied. Prior to placing an order, we recommend that you check with the receiving country's import levies. Should you choose not to pay for these charges, Cafelat UK shall not assume responsibility for your goods.

Additionally, if the goods are returned to us, we shall refund the order price, exclusive of any shipping or additional return shipping charges. Cafelat UK Limited shall not assume responsibility for your goods if you elect not to pay for these charges.

Additional information requires.

In accordance with the customs requirements of certain countries, additional information may be required for the shipment, such as recipient identification reference details. If you are unable to provide the requested information, your order shall be cancelled and refunded. This is necessary to ensure compliance with the customs regulations of the receiving country.

How long does delivery take?

With the exception of Royal Mail, other couriers do not offer 'same day collection'. Your order shall be collected on the next business day.

The majority of parcels sent by Cafelat UK Limited shall arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe specified in the table below. However, once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, we shall not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods caused by random customs checks, transport strikes, natural disasters, or any other factor that is beyond our control. Royal Mail shall hand packages over to the local postal system upon arrival in the destination country.

Your order may be delayed due to the customs process. Should your order take more than 25 business days to arrive from the moment you receive your shipment notification and tracking number, we advise that you check with your local customs office to determine if they are holding the package.

In the unfortunate event of a lost package (excluding Royal Mail 2nd class - no tracking), we shall require up to 25 business days from the date the parcel was sent before being able to replace or credit any lost goods.

Change delivery address

Please contact us immediately should you need to revise the delivery address. We can only revise the address before the order has been shipped. If your order have already been shipped, please contact the relevant carrier for further information. Cafelat UK Limited shall not be responsible for any additional charges that may arise as a result of a change in the delivery address.

Track and trace

Once the order has been shipped, we shall provide you with the tracking number for your item via fulfilment email.

Cancellation of the order

Cafelat UK reserves the right to cancel the order under the following circumstances:

  • if there is a system error in the price, and the customer refuses to settle the remaining balance within 2 days. Cafelat UK may fulfill the item as a gesture of goodwill without asking.
  • if the customer is unhappy with the unit prices or postage before shipping. We will agree on the order via email, and then the customer can place a new order.
  • if the system flags the order as fraud, we may cancel the order without sending notification or if the customer is unhappy to provide any relevant documents.
  • if the customer does not reply or rejects the status of the Seconds Robot.
