Terms and conditions

Due to the peak season, UPS/DPD may not be able to pickup on the same day. 

All products are shipped from London, United Kingdom using Royal Mail or UPS or DPD services. We only offer shipping services with track and trace and are unable to offer alternative shipping without tracking.

All orders received before GMT/BST 10am are shipped on the same business day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). If your order is unable to be collected by DPD or UPS on the same day, they will collect on the next working day.

All orders received after GMT/BST 10am are shipped on the following business day.

Customer’s responsibility

All parcels shall be sent to the address provided to us by you or automatically by Paypal, so please ensure that it is current and correct. Any errors in the information supplied to us are at the sole responsibility of the customer.

UPS and DPD will deliver your order anytime between Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. No Saturday delivery available. If you are unable to receive the parcel, please put a note before check-out so we can arrange drop off at your nearest access point. If delivery has failed and parcel return to our warehouse, your order will be cancelled and refunded excluding the original shipping charges. There will be £10 restocking fees for the orders with free shipping.

If the parcel bounces back to us, we will charge to send out again.

International Shipping

COVID-19

Please be aware there could be up to 20 working days delay on all parcels via Royal Mail. As a result of high volumes and COVID measures that have been in place by local customs.

Import fees might be applicable on all international orders.

Cafelat UK Limited shall not be responsible for estimating and collecting any custom fees, taxes, duties etc. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

You are responsible for any custom fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and duties. Before placing an order we advise that you check with the receiving country’s import levies. Cafelat UK is not responsible for your goods if you choose not to pay for these charges.

Cafelat UK Limited is not responsible for your goods if you choose not to pay for these charges. If the goods are returned to us, we will refund your order price, excluding any shipping or additional return shipping charges.

Additional information requires.

According to some countries customs requirements, customer may need to provide additional information for the shipment, i.e. recipients identification reference details. If you are unable to provide the requested information, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

For example:

Russia - Addressee Identification Reference Number, 10 or 12 numerical digit code

Brazil - Addressee Identification Reference Number, individuals CPF in the format: 000.000.000-00 or a CNPJ for organisations in the format: 00.000.000/0000-00

How long does delivery take?

The vast majority of parcels sent by us will arrive within the estimates given on the table below. Once the shipment is handed over to Royal Mail or UPS or DPD, Cafelat UK Limited shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery of goods caused by random customs checks, transport strikes, natural disasters or any other factor that is out of our control. Royal Mail will hand packages to your local postal system when it arrives in your country.

Your order will be delayed due to the customs process. If your order takes more than 25 business days to arrive from the moment you receive your shipment notification and tracking number, check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package.

In the event of a lost package, we will require up to 25 business days from the date the parcel has been sent before being able to replace or credit for any lost goods.

Change delivery address

Please contact us (After-sales Service) immediately. We are only able to revise the address before the order is shipped. If your order has been shipped, please contact the relevant carrier for information. Cafelat UK Limited will not be responsible for any additional charges for the change of the delivery address.

Track and trace

After shipping we will provide you with the tracking number for your item by email.
