As an authorised online store of Cafelat, Cafelat UK Limited makes sure you, the customer, is satisfied with your purchase. The whole point of Cafelat is making awesome barista tools which have been designed by Baristas for Baristas and as such we are sure you will be very happy with your purchase.
All products are inspected by us, then packed before shipping. We do not have a big warehouse of generic products on a shelf that we never see or inspect. The product you will receive will have been checked by Cafelat and Cafelat UK Limited (again).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us via Contact Us Form (After-sales service) in 7 calendar days from the days of delivery, if the product is obvious manufacturing defective, transit damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. But to be eligible for an exchange, or refund, you MUST NOT use them, install them, or modify them in any way. Whilst the products are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them. We will offer you either a repair, exchange, or refund. The decision of which will be at our discretion.
If the fault has arisen out of misuse then the customer is responsible for the carriage, and any costs to rectify the problem.
If delivery is not refused and you do not notify Cafelat UK Limited accordingly, we shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the goods.
We, Cafelat UK, will provide 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase on Cafelat Robot - Manual Espresso Maker. Please visit Cafelat Robot - 'Warnings & Warranty' for more information.
