As an authorised online store of Cafelat, Cafelat UK Limited ensures that you, the customer, are satisfied with your purchase. The entire purpose of Cafelat is to create exceptional barista tools designed by baristas for baristas, and we are confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase.
All products are inspected and packed by us before shipping. We do not have a large warehouse of generic products sitting on shelves that we never see or inspect. The product you receive will have been checked by Cafelat and Cafelat UK Limited once again.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us via the Contact Us Form (After-sales service) within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product is obviously defective in manufacturing, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong product. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it accordingly. We will offer a repair, exchange, or refund, at our discretion.
If the fault has arisen from misuse, the customer is responsible for the carriage and any costs associated with rectifying the problem.
If delivery is not refused and you fail to notify Cafelat UK Limited accordingly, we will not be liable for any defects and you will be obligated to pay for the goods.
Exchange
We have a 7-calendar-day exchange policy, which means you must request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your product.
Please note that we do not offer free returns or free exchanges. Customers are responsible for covering both the return postage and the postage cost of any replacement item. If a customer requests a refund and then attempts to place a new order with free shipping, Cafelat UK reserves the right to cancel and void the payment for that order.
To be eligible for an exchange, products MUST NOT be used, installed, or modified in any way, and you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the items while in your possession.
If, upon inspection, the item is found to have any defects, a £20 restocking fee will apply, and a deduction in value may also be charged. These costs will be invoiced before an exchange can be processed.
Warranty
Cafelat UK provides a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects for the Cafelat Robot - Manual Espresso Maker, starting from the date of purchase. Please visit the Cafelat Robot - 'Warnings & Warranty' page for more information.
