Canada: Royal Mail has resumed all shipping services, but please expect significant delays due to the strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers.
Israel: Please expect significant delays due to events occurring in the area. Transit times may take up to 2 months.
Ukraine, Russia and Belarus: There is limited shipping service available to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. We will cancel the order and void the payment if no couriers are able to provide shipping services.

Each Robot is handcrafted by Cafelat Limited with a focus on quality, so it cannot be mass-produced. The lead time for each order is about two months. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We do not offer pre-orders or waiting list notifications.
All Barista Robot packages will be available from 4 April 2026.
All Regular Robot packages will be available from 4 April 2026.
